TOHO Viet Nam is a company that designs and manufactures precision molds based on the advanced technical capabilities cultivated in Japan. We carry out the entire process from designing to manufacturing of plastic molds, die-cast molds, rubber molds, and provide high-precision molds for a wide range of industrial fields including automotive parts, home appliances, and electronic devices. We utilize both advanced production equipment such as high-precision machining center and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine), mainly by Japanese makers, and Vietnam’s strategic location to supply products initial to Japan, Southeast Asia and all over the world later. Our strength lies in providing reasonable cost and high quality products, as well as our rapid response capability to the diverse needs of customer under strict control. On the basis of cultivated high level of technology from Japan, TOHO Vietnam is focusing on high-precision machines which are mainly made-in-Japan like machining center and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine) etc. This enables us to design and manufacture highly accurate and complicated molds that meet the high demands of various industrial sectors.

We use continuous monitoring to ensure that temperature variations remain within a strict limit of 2 degrees Celsius.

TOHO Viet Nam is also “Manufacturing” in a SAFE & SECURE environment in Thang Long Industrial Park, where many Japanese companies gather.
Aside from that, we ensure a smooth service from mold manufacturing to shipping and delivery with the capable of Japanese – English – Vietnamese support in exporting procedure from Hai Phong Port.
